    Our arch decor is designed to transform your event space into a breathtaking focal point. Draped with lush greenery and adorned with seasonal blooms, the arch creates a breathtaking frame. Each floral arrangement is carefully crafted to complement the event  theme, with flowers cascading naturally to bring a blend of elegance and softness. Whether placed at an outdoor venue or within an intimate indoor setting, our arch decor adds a touch of enchantment to the moment.

    This Item  comes in a few pieces that are easily ensemble and easy for transport. The flowers are placed in foam to ease the flowers freshness for the 72 hours rental. The rental of the arch is for 72 hours and it must be delivered  or picked up no earlier than 1 day before the event. The price shown includes a refundable deposit of $500. Please keep in mind that you must return the arch with or without the decor within the time frame in order to get the deposit back. This item is only available within the GTA. Includes aproximately 300 flower stems ($3/stem or less) aproximately 50 bunches of greenery. The price Includes the rental of the arch, once the arch is returned there will be a $500 deposit refunded to the method of payment.

    The arch can be rented on it's own with a $500 refundable deposit when returned. The price for the rental of the arch alone is for 72 hours.

    • Refund and Return Policy for Decorated Arch Rental

      Our decorated arch rental is an elegant, flower-filled option for your event, available exclusively within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The rental includes approximately 300 flower stems (valued at $3 per stem or less) and around 50 bunches of greenery. The rental price includes a refundable deposit of $500, which will be returned to your original payment method once the arch is returned in its original condition.

      To receive your full deposit back, please ensure the arch (with or without the decor) is returned within the agreed-upon timeframe. If renting the arch on its own, without floral decoration, the rental period is 72 hours from the time of delivery or pick-up, and the $500 refundable deposit applies in the same way.

      Please keep in mind that by completing a purchase on this site, you are agreeing to our rental terms for the arch. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling you must contact us by phone and make sure you speak to us no later than 14 days prior to the event. In which case we will make our best effords to accomodate the new date without any penalty. However in an event you need to cancel or re-schedule in less than 14 days from the event a non-refundable fee of $500 will be held. This is because we are booking the time for you that could of been used for another customer. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Same conditions appliess to the rental of the arch on it's own.

      Notice for Orders: To ensure availability, we require a minimum of 10 days’ notice for fresh garland orders.

      Deposit Policy: The prices shown include a refundable deposit. However, if the stand is not returned within the 72-hour timeframe, the deposit will become non-refundable.

      Deposit Refund: Provided the arch is returned within the specified rental period and in its original condition, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.

      Booking Confirmation: Your order is confirmed upon completing your purchase on our site. All bridal bouquet orders must be placed with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.

      Cancellations & Rescheduling:

      Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

      Fees for Short Notice: For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days’ notice, a 30% nonrefundable fee of the total  cost will apply.

      Rescheduling: While we will do our best to accommodate new dates, rescheduling is subject to availability. There will be no penalty for cancellations or rescheduling with at least 14 days’ notice.

      Design & Customization:

      Design: designs will be crafted as closely as possible to the inspiration photos on our site, but specific flower choices may vary depending on availability.

      Consultation: We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss colors, flower preferences, shapes, style, and sizes to tailor the decor to your vision. Specific flower requests may incur additional charges.
