Terms and Conditions for Flower Arrangements
Booking Confirmation: Your order is confirmed the moment you complete your purchase on our site. All orders must be placed with at least 14 days’ notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested no later than 14 days before the event date.
Fees for Short Notice: For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days’ notice, a 30% nonrefundable fee of the total service amount will apply.
Rescheduling: While we will try to accommodate new dates, availability is not guaranteed for rescheduled events. There will be no penalty for cancellations or rescheduling with at least 14 days’ notice.
Arrangements & Customization
Design: Arrangements will be crafted as closely as possible to the photos shown on our site; however, flower selection may vary depending on availability.
Consultation: A complimentary consultation is required to discuss colors, flower preferences, preferred arrangement height, shape, and size. Please note, if specific flower types are requested, additional charges may apply.
Larger Arrangements: If you request arrangements larger than the options shown on our site, additional costs may apply.
