1. Responsibility for Flower Care:
We are not responsible for any damage to the flowers once picked up or delivered. Customers are responsible for providing adequate water changes to ensure the maximum lifespan of the flowers.
2. Replacement Policy:
If there is an issue with the flowers two days after the purchase, considering proper care has been taken in the spirit of the honor system, we are willing to replace them at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your trust in our commintment to delivering quality fresh-cut flowers.
3. Variability of Flowers:
We cannot guarantee a specific type of flowers, as we provide blooms based on what is currently in season. In the rare event of a natural disaster affecting our crops, we have arrangements with local farms and wholesalers to fulfill orders.
4. Special Requests:
For specific arrangements, customers must communicate with us before purchasing. We will assess the feasibility and availability of fulfilling custom orders.
5. Order Refund Policy:
All orders are non-refundable.
6. Enviromental Efforts:
To support enviromental sustainability, we do not provide transportation containers. Customers must bring their own containers or rent ours for an additional fee.
7. Bouquet subscriptions:
For pick-up bouquet subscriptions, if a customer is a no-show, the flowers will be donated to the charity Beeton manor.
